Pricing

Tier A.
Strategy retainer — a monthly retainer for our work. This includes:
—building ICP and assembling the base of prospects bit by bit;
—developing and adjusting the strategy;
—designing and supporting rolling events calendar;
—reporting and nurturing the leads.

Tier B.
Event coordination — a coordination fee billed per event. This includes:
—organising the event with all planning and preparations — dealing with the venues and supply partners;
—executing the event — with a dedicated team supporting you and the guests during the event.

Tier C.
Hard costs — invoiced separately at cost plus a handling fee. This includes:
—negotiating with suppliers for better deals and prices;
—benefiting from our economy of scale;
—transparent report and full detalisation of the cost.
